Terms & ConditionsLandline ServiceBy using our Landline service you are agreeing to the following: The Premium Rate Services ('PRS') offered by RingSID.com under its International Dialling Programme are provided under PhonepayPlus license. Under the terms of the PhonepayPlus Permission Certificate RingSID.com is merely acting as a service provider and is undertaking the promotion of the PRS using the carrier's call handling facilities. All provisions of the PhonepayPlus Live Conversation Services Code of Practice and all provisions of the latest edition of the PhonepayPlus Code apply to the service. RingSID.com will use reasonable efforts to make the PRS available but owing to the nature of telecommunications networks (and in particular mobile networks) it is impossible to provide a fault free service and the quality and coverage of the PRS depends on both the telecommunications network to which you are connected and also on other telecommunication networks to which the person you are calling is connected. The PRS might be adversely affected by too many people trying to use the network at the same time, physical features and by atmospheric conditions or other causes of interference and may fail or require maintenance without notice. All the charges for the PRS are set out in the RingSID.com tariff which is available upon request RingSID.com reserves the right without notice to increase or decrease the charges and/or introduce new charges from time to time. Callers must ensure they have the bill payer's permission before using the RingSID.com service. All calls are billed by your telephone line provider at their appropriate 0871, 0844, and relevant 09 rates and may be subject to a connection charge, please check with your provider before making your call. Prices quoted are from a BT landline and are pence per minute, prices and availability may vary from other networks. Calls are charged from time of connection to the RingSID.com service, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered. When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialling the access number but not again after dialling the destination number. RingSID.com reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time and/or introduce new terms from time to time if there any changes to the law or amendments to the terms and conditions upon which RingSID.com is able to obtain services from the networks or carriers it is using or otherwise if RingSID.com considers it necessary. RingSID.com will not be liable for loss of profits or revenue, loss of use, lost business or missed opportunities, wasted expenditure or savings you might have made. There may be occasions when RingSID.com is unable to provide the services because of something outside its reasonable control. RingSID.com will not be liable in that case and if you choose an alternative carrier or network then RingSID.com will not be responsible for that carriers charges. RingSID.com requests than in the event of persistant non-connection of calls, that you inform us of a fault. When you use your equipment the identity of your telephone number may be sent through the networks so as to be identified to the phone being called. It may be used to divert calls to RingSID.com for administration and for the investigation of fraud. You may be charged for any diversion. If you are a consumer, the terms and conditions set out will not affect any rights which you may have under any Act of Parliament and which cannot be excluded by agreement. Calls to our normal service are subject to your telecom providers usual connection charge.
